美国国务院最近宣布将资助新兴的非盈利组织领导人到美国进行6~18个月的学习机会。

“Atlas Corps 新兴全球领导人计划”是享誉已久的为新兴公民社会领导者提供领导力培训的项目。At作为美国国务院的合作伙伴，已经支持超过60个国家的300多名新兴领导者，现在期待尽快找到下一届项目的候选人。入选人将会在美国的主要社会组织中进行体验学习

最低要求：

2-10 years of experience in the nonprofit, NGO, or social sector

Bachelor's university degree or equivalent

English proficiency (speaking, writing, reading)

Age 35 or younger when the Fellowship begins

Commitment to return to China after the 6-18 month fellowship

Atlas Corps是什么？

Atlas Corps is an international network of nonprofit leaders and organizations that promotes innovation, cooperation, and solutions to address the world's 21st century challenges. Their mission is to address critical social issues by developing leaders, strengthening organizations, and promoting innovation through an overseas fellowship of skilled nonprofit professionals.  Profiled as a "best practice" in international exchange by the Brookings Institution and featured in the Washington Post as a model social entrepreneurship program, Atlas Corps engages leaders committed to the nonprofit sector in 12 to 18 month, professional fellowships at organizations to learn best practices, build organizational capacity, and return home to create a network of global change makers. This program is fully-funded through contributions by the private sector and public foundations.
