中文和英文两个版本

2006年 9月3日，北京十三所高校公益社团骨干齐聚友谊宾馆共同探讨社团问题，基于当时社团骨干的要求，我们准备建立一个大学生自发、纯民间、纯公益的信息交流平台，经过一周的辛勤努力，我们终于完成论坛基本框架的构筑。这里要特别感谢志愿者兰建华的努力。
      2006年9月11日，中国大学生公益论坛(CUPF)与TONET签定了一年协议，至此，中国大学生公益论坛开始试运行。中国大学生公益论坛是一个是公益平台，希望通过这么一个论坛，能够沟通各个高校公益资源，服务支持于高校公益社团，与高校公益社团一起成长。

“网络”宗旨：  
      促进高校及社会对高校公益事业的支持，加强高校公益社团间交流合作，实现资源和信息共享；提高高校公益社团的管理水平，为高校公益社团提供必要的支持和服务，促进高校公益事业发展，及公益理念在高校校园里传播，为公民社会建设贡献力量！

“网络”目标：
        “网络”将成为各高校公益社团的合作网络组织。让公益社团成为大学生连接校园与社会的桥梁和纽带。
 
“平台”定位：
        在做好高校公益社团间信息与资源共享的基础上，努力争取社会资源，支持服务于高校公益社团，促进高校公益事业发展。
“网络”战略：
用2-3年时间，以地区网络建设为重点，以“高校志愿者和社团领袖能力培训项目”为核心，形成成功案例，为高校公益社团的发展成熟提供可以推广的经验和模式

用3-7年时间，成立高校公益社团发展基金，为高校公益社团提供更多支持，成为大学生参与公民社会建设的平台与纽带。

CUPF是个年轻的组织，我们服务于大学生公益社团，在项目建设、团队组建方面逐渐形成特色，我们有一个崇高的理想，就是把公益网络建设成为能够服务于全球大学生公益社团领袖的平台。从点滴做起，推动中国乃至全球高校公益事业的发展。

“网络”功能：
一、开展高校公益事业研究，与社会及政府开展政策对话与沟通，向广大大学生及社会民众披露大学生公益社团发展境况。
二、为高校社团领袖及志愿者开展培训、咨询等技术支持，同时我们也提供网络等软件支持。
三、信息与资源共享。
四、宣传志愿者精神，保障志愿者权益，积极维护志愿者利益。
五、在社会上开展高校公益社团的宣传并帮助高校公益社团发展筹集资金。
六、我们希望通过我们的努力，能够在高校更好的传播公益理念，培养大学生公益意识，为早日实现和谐社会目标贡献力量。

“网络”日常工作：
及时更新论坛新闻信息（每两天更新一次）
搜集高校公益社团动态（每天更新一次）
定期开展公益主题沙龙（两个月一次或者一学期一次）
定期召开社团领袖交流会（一年至少两次）

On September 3,2006, 13 high public-spirited association framework in the schools gather comity guest house together to inquiry into an association problem together, according to at that time the request of association framework, we prepared building up an university student was self-moving, purely civil, purely public-spirited information exchanges terrace, made great effort industriously through a week, completed the forum basic frame to construct finally.Here need to appreciate volunteer orchid to set up effort of 华 specially.
On September 11,2006, Chinese university student the public-spirited forum(CUPF) signed with TONET a year negotiate, going to this, the Chinese university student's public-spirited forum starts trying movement.Chinese university student's public-spirited forum's ising 1 is a public-spirited terrace, hope to pass such a forum, can communicate each high public-spirited resources in the school, the service supports in high public-spirited association in the school.

"Network" aim:
Promote high school and society's support for high public-spirited business in the school, strengthen a high school a public-spirited ssociation exchanges a cooperation, carry out the share of resources and information;Raise the management level of high public-spirited association in the school, provide necessary support kimono for the high school public-spirited association duty, promote high school the public-spirited business develop, and the public-spirited principle spread in the high school campus, ising society for citizen to constuct contribution strength!
"Network" target:
"Network" will become each cooperation network of high public-spirited association in the school to organize.

Its function mainly includes a few aspects as follows:
A, open the exhibition high public-spirited business research in the school, open an exhibition policy dialogue with society and government and communicate, publish an university student public-spirited ssociation a development circumstances toward the large university student and the social people.
Two, is high association leader in the school and volunteer to open technique supports, such as exhibition training and consultation...etc..
